Shipping and deliveries
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery is via Royal Mail Second Class service. If we are able to dispatch your order on the same working day, you can expect to receive it within 3–5 days within the UK, or 5–7 days across Europe. Our aim is to get your order processed, dispatched and delivered to you as soon as possible.
Standard delivery to UK and Europe is £3.50. Spend just £30 to qualify for free delivery.
Returns
All our books are in brand new condition. If your order has been damaged during transit, you have 3 working days to contact us for a refund from the moment we receive confirmation of delivery. Any refund requests received after this time cannot be processed. Unfortunately, we can only refund the cost of return once/if we have received compensation from the carrier.
